The National Weather Service says up to ten inches of snow is possible by the time the storm moves out Wednesday.
Omaha, NE – Omaha Mayor Jim Suttle won Tuesday's recall election by more than 2,100 votes.
The Douglas County Election Commission counted 5,225 early voting ballots Friday afternoon. The result of those ballots was an increase in Mayor Suttle's lead to 2,130 votes. The unofficial results mean Suttle won Tuesday's recall election, and will serve out the remaining two years of his term.

That's one finding in the 2009 Kids Count report, released this week by Voices for Children in Nebraska. The report examines childrens' health and well-being in areas of education, access to health care, and poverty.
