He says the organization promotes mentoring through a lifetime and offers a variety of services with a focus on health and wellness, economic empowerment and education. Mason says the group works with, "about 6 high schools, so we have cultural enrichment activities for them but our focus is to increase their grade point average, job shadowing, mentoring and at the same time, post-secondary education."
