Omaha, NE – Swing, Swing, Swing! is Ballet Nebraska's debut production.
Artistic Director Erika Overturff says the production focuses on a love story set against the backdrop of the 1940's. Dance sequences include a G.I. Jive and a salute to Rosie the Riveter. Overturff says she thought Swing, Swing, Swing! would be a good way for Ballet Nebraska to reach out to a lot of people because it features more than just ballet, with both live music and swing numbers.
The curtain goes up on Swing, Swing, Swing! on Saturday at 8:00 p.m. in the Orpheum Theatre. Tickets are available online at ticketomaha.com.
