Omaha, NE – Brass in Blue will play a concert at the Presbyterian Church of the Cross Sunday afternoon.
This is the group's third time performing on the Organ Vesper Series. Executive Director Dana Sloan says the group has become a real fan favorite. He says Sunday's program will feature some fun and eclectic pieces from a whole section on music for the circus and then some popular American music such as "Send in the Clowns", "Flight of the Bumblebee", "Old Black Magic". Sloan says the second half of the program has a tribute to Veteran's Day.
Brass in Blue plays Sunday at 3:00 p.m. Sloan advises arriving early for the best parking. There is no charge to attend and the church is located at 1517 S. 114th Street.
