Omaha, NE – Jim Esch narrowly lost to Lee Terry in the 2006 Second Congressional District race. Esch was a newcomer to politics then. This Election season, Esch is once again running against Terry. Esch's campaign has more money and the backing of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
