Chelsea Clinton to visit Nebraska to campaign for her mother

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Chelsea Clinton is coming to Nebraska to campaign for her mother ahead of the state's March 5 Democratic presidential caucuses.

Clinton is scheduled to visit Omaha for an organizing event on Feb. 17. The event will be free and open to the public, but no other details were released.

Clinton is expected to talk about the election and how to caucus by mail and in person.

Hillary Clinton is locked in a tight race with Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders for the Democratic presidential nomination. Hillary Clinton lost Nebraska's Democratic caucuses in 2008 to President Barack Obama, an Illinois senator at the time.

This year, Clinton has campaign staff in Omaha and Lincoln.
