Dana College Students Welcome at UNO

Omaha, NE – UNO says it will help students who are in transition due to Dana College's closing.

Rita Henry, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at UNO, says she's already received over 120 calls from former Dana students. She says the students want to know what they need to do to transfer to UNO and how many of their credits will be accepted at UNO. Henry says it's important for these students to carefully weigh their options and choose the school that's the best fit for them.

Dana students could start attending classes on the UNO campus as early as this fall. For more information, UNO has created a Dana College link on their homepage at www.unomaha.edu.
