Deepak Chopra coming to Omaha in April

Omaha, NE – Author and endocrinologist Deepak Chopra is coming to Omaha in April.

The Institute for Career Advancement Needs, or ICAN, is sponsoring the presentation, called "An Evening with Deepak Chopra," on April 6th. Chopra is an endocrinologist who believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness. Mary Prefontaine is Executive Director for ICAN. She says Chopra encourages people to find their purpose and develop their consciousness in order to experience something new in the world.

Prefontaine believes Chopra's work complements ICAN's mission of providing innovative leadership training for men and women at every level of their careers. She says the work that ICAN does is not an endpoint, it's the beginning of a lifelong journey.

On the 6th, Chopra will speak about his latest work and will also sign books for participants. You can learn more about "An Evening with Deepak Chopra", including how to get tickets, online at icanomaha.org.
