Omaha, NE – Another disaster recovery center opens today, this one in Douglas County.

NEMA says the DRC opens at 1PM at the Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, at 1819 Farnam Street. It'll be open through 7pm Thursday.

DRCs opened last week in Tekamah, Blair, and Sioux City. The centers are a place where flood victims can go to get information on assistance. You must register with FEMA before visiting one of the centers.

To register, call 1-800-621-3362 or log on to www.disasterassistance.gov.
