Omaha, NE – The Downtown Living Tour takes place Saturday.
Angie Podoll is with CBS Homes. She says the self-guided tour features nine of Omaha's urban condominiums. Housing varies from loft homes to town homes and high rises. Podoll says the tour includes housing in Downtown Omaha and Midtown Crossing at Turner Park, "I think urban living has never had a better opportunity than now. The chance to see nine different projects which are all of varied range of condos downtown, just gives an example of what the urban lifestyle will be. You've got your opportunity to be in front of night life, art, shops, and restaurants. Once again, it's just buying a lifestyle and showing what downtown Omaha has to offer."
