SPRINGFIELD, Neb. (AP) — Authorities say a neighbor found the body of a man who was run over by a tractor in eastern Nebraska.
Sarpy County Sheriff Jeff Davis says the body of 72-year-old Jerry Norris was found around 7 p.m. Sunday in a field about three miles west of Springfield. Norris' family had reported him missing because he hadn't been seen for several hours after he left home to do some mowing.
The accident is being investigated.
