This is the sixth year of Big Omaha. The conference focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation. Jeff Slobotski is co-founder of Silicon Prairie News, which puts on Big Omaha. He says Omaha has a culture of entrepreneurship.

"I would say overall our city is very supportive to entrepreneurs and for entrepreneurs, and then there’s always more work to be done. So it’s this element of not resting, or not being comfortable where we’re at, but taking a real hard look in terms of what’s still needed and what pieces and people need to be put in to place to continue to help us grow as a community."

Other speakers include networking site about.me co-founder Ryan Freitas. More information on the conference is available at www.bigomaha.com.
