Omaha, NE – The College World Series is approaching and finishing touches are being placed to make sure the event runs effortlessly.
Kathryn Morrissey, Executive director of CWS Omaha says planning for this years College World Series began as soon as last year's ended.
Eight college baseball teams will compete at Rosenblatt Stadium from June 13th through the 24th. The College World Series will be played at Rosenblatt Stadium next year for the final time. It'll move to the new downtown stadium in 2011.
More than 320,000 people attended the College World Series last year.
