A four-year-old girl is Omaha’s first homicide of 2016.

Omaha Police were called to a home at 3025 Franklin Street just before 10 pm Tuesday for a report of a death. Authorities were directed to a body in the home. The victim has been identified as four-year-old Alicia Morrow.

Morrow’s guardian, 22-year-old Chelsey Cook, was booked on charges of criminal homicide.
