“From Manager to Remarkable Leader” is the theme of Bellevue University’s Remarkable Leadership Workshop this year.
The two-day workshop takes place Thursday, May 17th and Friday, May 18th at the Lozier Professional Center.
Jon Titus, Director of Continuing Education at Bellevue University, says the featured speaker is Kevin Eikenberry, leadership expert and bestselling author.
Titus says Eikenberry will walk through leadership skills with those attending, provide interactive activities and lead dynamic discussions.
Titus says the skills participants learn can be implemented immediately.
"A lot of what they’ll be going through in the class will be following his book, “Remarkable Leadership,” and the subtitle to that is, “Unleashing your Leadership Potential One Skill at a Time.” And what we are working on in those two days is moving from a manager mindset to a leader mindset.”
Titus says registration is limited to 40 participants. Workshop registration includes training, lunch both days and a copy of Eikenberry’s book.
