Four suspects face additional charges in connection with the death of a 5-year-old Omaha girl.
Omaha Police announced this morning in a news release that Vincent Hicks is charged with first-degree murder. He’s also charged with criminal conspiracy, discharging a firearm at an occupied dwelling, and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
Jaylen Montgomery and Jacob Brown were booked for discharging a firearm at an occupied dwelling, and use of a weapon to commit a felony. Adonus Moses is charged with criminal conspiracy to commit 2nd degree murder.
Hicks, Moses, Montgomery, and Brown were arrested January 17th in connection with a stolen vehicle.
Benson was shot and killed January 15th in her north Omaha home by a stray bullet that authorities say was fired from a block away.
