Omaha, NE – A Memorandum of Understanding between CWS of Omaha, Inc. and the NCAA now has approval from both sides.

The College World Series Stadium Oversight Committee announced Tuesday that NCAA President Myles Brand has signed off on the Memorandum of Understanding. CWS of Omaha and the NCAA reached an agreement last week. Under the terms of that agreement, the College World Series would remain in Omaha for the next 25 years.

The Memorandum of Understanding is not a formal contract. That's expected to be in place by the time the 2008 College World Series begins.
