OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Nebraskans wanting to vote early for May 13 partisan primary are facing some upcoming deadlines.
The deadline for voters to request an early voting ballot to be mailed to a specific address is Wednesday. In Douglas County, an application for an early voting ballot may be printed from the Election Commission website, www.votedouglascounty.com, or a voter may send a written request for an early voting ballot to his or her county election commission office. Early voting ballots may not be requested online or by telephone.
Registered voters may still vote in person at their election commission or county clerk office through May 12.
Nebraskans have until Friday to register to vote in time for the May 13 election.
