Omaha, NE – Nebraska's Second District Congressman wants another term.
Lee Terry is set to announce his re-election bid Sunday in Omaha. Terry, a Republican, was first elected to the U.S. House in 1998. He serves on the energy and commerce committee. Terry narrowly won re-election to a sixth term last November.
Two candidates have already filed to challenge Terry in the May 11 primary. One is Democrat Tom White, a State Senator from Omaha. The other is Omaha businessman Matt Sakalosky, a Republican.
