The world famous Radio City Rockettes are coming to Omaha for the first time in November.
The Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring The Rockettes is onstage at the Orpheum November 13th through the 30th.
Rachel Borgman is one of the 18 dancers who will be performing in the show.
Borgman moved from Norfolk, Nebraska to New York City 10 years ago and after auditioning four times, landed her spot as a Rockette.
She has been touring with the Radio City Christmas Spectacular ever since.
"There are eight different costume changes, one as a fast as 80 seconds. That one happens during ‘The Parade of the Wooden Soldiers’ which has been around since 1933 and is an iconic Rockette precision dance number. And that costume change goes into the “The New York in Christmas” number which is where the Rockettes ride a double-decker, life-sized bus on stage and it takes you on a tour of New York City.”
