8.3 inches of snow was recorded at Eppley Airfield from Thursday's storm.
A Winter Storm Warning is no longer in effect. The storm has moved north and east of the Omaha metro area. Roads are still hazardous and extreme caution is advised. The city of Omaha has 200 trucks, 100 city vehicles and 100 from private contractors, clearing snow.
Local storm reports from the National Weather Service Omaha/Valley show more than eight inches of snow also fell in parts of southwest Iowa. 7.9 inches of snow was reported at the NWS office in Valley.
