Helping businesses better leverage their social media presence is just one goal of UNO’s Social Media Summit.
Dr. Phani-Taj Adidam is the Executive Education Professor of Business Administration at UNO. He says other issues that will be discussed include ways businesses can connect to their customers through social media, the concerns companies face with social media and ways to make communication between customers and companies run smoother.
