OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — A federal lawsuit has been filed against Nebraska over the state's denial of driver's licenses for young immigrants who have gotten work permits and avoided deportation under an Obama administration policy.
Nebraska lawmakers have approved a special committee to study the state’s tax system and make recommendations.
