MVC tournament begins, without Creighton Bluejays

The Missouri Valley Conference Tournament is played at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis.

At this time a year ago, Creighton men’s basketball fans were on their way in droves to St. Louis for the Missouri Valley Conference tournament. But this year, as a first-year member of the Big East, Creighton will head to New York instead for the conference tournament.  As Omaha Public Radio’s Greg Echlin reports, the Valley has been trying to recover from Creighton’s departure.
